You really need to have your head examined if you think in this pattern. So because it happened in GEJ term it should be ignored, is govt not a continum? Why is he arresting Badeh, Dasuki and co, did their alleged crimes not happen in GEJ's term to.

What is wrong is wrong, if the LGardens MD is arrested TB joshua and/or atleast the construction coy should be arrested too. Non was done.

The answer is simple: Plausible deniability for TB Joshua. Officially, the man had little knowledge of real estate. His "fault" was that he hired a contractor. So, technically, he wasn't directly responsible.

For Richard, the answers are:

1. When structural flaws were detected in that same unit and they got a cease and desist order, they flouted/ignored it and continued building.
2. As the CEO of a real estate organization, the buck stops with you -you are ultimately responsible for the quality of your buildings.
