If anybody is to be blamed about t.b Joshua walking free, its definitely the Lagos state government, who did nothing about it. Is it the federal government that inspects house under construction in Lagos state?

T.B Joshua case was because he is not a developer, he knows nothing about building so he contracted it to professionals but professionals failed. In the case of Lekki gardens, a reputable ppty developer with all the development team in house, knows the pros and cons and allow people to stay in an ongoing construction site.
