When Jonathan's administration said this, apc eggheads castigated him. Now they are singing the same song in the same way.

Well, we know all that and you knew that before you promised "change" so do something different and give us the "Change"

Am starting to loose confidence in this current administration, APC fix up men, you making me look bad Infront of my PDP uncle...err Mr cashewkwu.. One of your JD's is to restore credibility to NNPC and now you come up with this 4kry burggery statement, saying we are better of importing..what kind of Edyat talk is that, is it not your govt that's preaching buy and invest in Nigeria.. I wonder what PMB has to say to this numbskull statement u just made.. We need solutions not you redefining what we already know is wrong with the system .. That's my beef with you top DG always blaming the last administration that's why we elect you all to fix it so , get to work and stop giving excuses .if my line manager gives me a task to do, I come up with solutions.

Mr cashchewku you just like one of the 12 spies Moses sent to go seek opportunities in the land flowing with milk and honey and you came back with bull$hit story that we should keep buying and not producing. Bros, you better remove your sunglasses and shine your face well well. God will judge you and we shall arrange the meeting.

Only new refineries can change the story, those 4 refineries are outdated, no point refurbishing scrap.

The govt should get partners who can site new refineries on the same spot the old ones are.

It is better to refine locally and operate at loss than to import with profit. That is the only way to develop. Everything including texiles, frozen livestock and poultry, shoes, soft drinks etc are cheaper imported than being produced locally but if we must develop then we have to stop importing.

Behold Nigerians, another APC failed propaganda to "Revive and reactivate our minimally performing Refineries to optimum capacity"

The minister already accepted defeat in the face of adversity and shortage of petroleum product across the country embarassed

Lalasticlala, Nigeria needs divine intervention.

Henceforth, the military should stop the senseless bombing of local refineries in the creek and regulate same to acceptable standard.

He spoke the truth.

One thing is very clear, the newspapers put up misleading headlines to either paint this govt in bad light or draw traffic to themselves by quoting incomplete statements from Ministers which suits those who only read headlines and not content.

Common sense is never common.!

How many by-products do we lose when we don't refine?

Everybody is thinking PMS, forgetting huge loss of many industrial by-products derivable from crude oil.

Even the creme of the society are thinking the other way??

In Femi Kuti's voice :

"I'm sorry for Nigeria" "I'm sorry for Africa "

Very depressing. Totally makes me and other Nigerians feel hopeless. People voted out GEJ because they thought he couldnt revive refineries, he couldnt give us 247 electricity and that the airport / railway and trains were not 21st century compliant. We didnt even know that we had gold in our hands, we didnt know that GEJ was divine opportunity.

I apologize for voting for Buhari, I wish I can take my vote back and give to Jonathan. Forgive me my brothers, I wanted change, now I am in chains.

Is this the kind of utterances that should be made by a minister of Nigeria? Instead of him to be thinking of a way to make production of PMS cheaper in Nigeria he has already admitted failure. This is why APC is failing cos they are PESSIMISTS.
thanks bro you nailed it.maybe we should import forever.

Tell me one national asset Thief Obasanjo didn't sell or try to sell.

Thief Obasanjo is a criminal and he should be cooling his feet in jail already.
drss:
do u now see why OBJ sold d refineris but only to be reversed by yar adua, n why GEJ tried to abolish fuel subsidy to pave way for private sector build refineries but was attacked by ojota dancers deziani herself recommended dat nigeria's refineries should be sold off but was brutaly opposed by a.boki machinery. hope u see why a.bo.ki economics no good for una
d zoo refineries ar just condemned metal scraps.
