Get fresh herb,remove all the dirt and unwanted stuffs like sticks,then boil some clean water,fill a 5ml cup with it,then add your herb to it and cover. Allow to simmer for abt 5 minutes. Then add your milk,preferably rich milk like peak,add enough or to your taste and stir slowly till it has mixed well. Then cover and allow to cool for like 10 minutes .
Voila your herb tea is ready!
drink slow,do not eat the weed or else you will likely go into coma lol,seive it out and dispose. Thank me later.
