3 yr Nigerian degree cannot be equivalent to Australian degree. What's your occupation?

Good evening my e-family! More explainations would be appreciated! My assessing authority is vetasses and considering the discrimination against most naija four years course please what should I do to scale tru. I have writen pte exams and obtain the following L 90, W 88, R 77 S 81 and my age is 27 so I need to scale tru dis vetasses wahala. Note I did I.T and nysc and have only worked in govt agancy for a year plus. I would also want to confirm this as regard reference letter does it mean I will submit reference letters from the 3 places I have worked? Please i need help on how to go about this. Thank you all and a very big congrats to all those that received their visa grants and I pray God to do for us what he has done for u in jesus name

What course did you study?

You don't need English test for assessment with VETASSES.

If you intend to claim experience for all the three places, you must submit reference letters and evidence of salary paid from all.

I am a Filmmaker/Media Licensor (I make movies and docs and license them to Cable TV and Video on Demand platforms. I studied Performing Arts at the university, got in through Direct Entry after a 1yr A Level Programme (IJMB)

Will my A Level Cert + My Degree balance things up?

Replace the GTB with Zenith. GTB na Sentimental Bank, they favour ppl they know in Form A. First Bank, Zenith Bank, UBA, Union Bank, Stanbic IBTC and Access Bank are cool. Diamond Bank go waste your time with grammer.

jorgan:
For those that are yet to pay their fees, I will give u the following advice:-

- use any of the leading banks in Nigeria to process your payment (First bank, Union bank, Gtbank or Stanbic IBTC)

- Don't let the restriction on forex discourage you, the earlier you fill the form A, the better for you.

- When you fill the Form A with any of the listed banks above, no matter what do not withdraw your application. Just make sure that the bank has stamped and signed where neccessary and has submitted your application to their headquarters.

- It can take as long as 4 weeks for the bank to supply your application with forex. So be patient

- Donot put your eggs in one basket. Explore other means to get your school fees across.

Goodluck

Please make who na trow mouth for this one as how to present the work experience and use it to cover up incase they equate the bsc naija to less in aussie!!! Thank you sirs

Have you checked the two lists for your occupation?

To get a positive assessment from VETASSES, you must have at least one year experience. You will still need employment reference and evidence of paid salary to proof it.
