Go apply for admission with Murray state university. Even without you asking for funding you will be given 6,000 Dollars scholarship.

You can now ask for the full funding with your profile I am very certain of you getting full funding.

Yes the funding is as important as the admission. Students should always ask them if they feel they qualify for it. Asking for GA is not sign of desperation. The system is set up in a way that selected grad students should be funded from the funds allocated to the department.

If you applied to Calstate with your profile, you will be more than eligible for international full tuition waiver. Email the graduate admission coordinator/program coordinator of the schools that admitted you and tell them you are interested in funding/GA positions. or check ''student employment'' on the websites and you will def see funding opportunities. nowadays getting admission is not the ish, its funding that I think should be commended. Best!

Have you tried contacting each of them to ask about funding decisions? Some schools make funding decision at the time of acceptance while some do later. You want to be sure the status of things first.

I noticed that a lot of people have been asking questions relating to Graduate Assistant positions. I want to suggest that people shouldn't just focus on GA positions within the department they are seeking admission. Also go to the job hiring site of the school and check for available GA positions in other non-academic offices on campus. If you can reach out to other Nigerians that hold GA positions in the schools you are interested in, that could help too. For example here at NIU, being referred is the easiest way to get a GA position especially if the person doing the referral has impressed his employers.

They usually do, but they normally state it in the job description if its going to be full tuition waiver or half. If it's not there then you can contact the office through the contact details that will be attached. Just make sure you take advantage of all the options out there and don't hesitate to ask questions.
