...you sure about that?, because the only metal thing I know that's called a walker is a Zimmer frame, used by elderly people especially, and that metal rod in the photo looks more like those iron bars that demarcate paparazzi & celebs on the red carpet...

Look at the picture again, it's a walker (AKA zimmer frame), I saw it as the person pointing at part of the walker, instead of seeing it as a whole walker.

However, I think callmekola got it earlier. The note shown in the picture is a B flat. If you step on a bee, you flatten it.
