Well didn't the Nigerian Government claim to know "exactly" where the Girls were, but they said that conducting a rescue mission would be to dangerous and it would endanger the lives of the girls?

You can't blame someone for with holding information about something you claim to know.

Army recruits ‘forced to rape each other’ in hazing ritual

Two army recruits were allegedly forced to rape each other as part of an initiation ceremony in the Household Division regiment of the Welsh Guards.
The incident reportedly took place at Pirbright Barracks in Surrey and involved the men being forced to perform sexual acts on each other.

One the soldiers involved has reportedly been discharged as a result of the distress caused by the “hazing ritual.”

A source told the Sun on Sunday the “initiation” was caught on video and passed around the unit via WhatsApp and SnapChat.

So South Africa is not the only Southern African country that has decided to begin sprucing up its military (and most importantly: military infrastructural)

Namibia has ordered 9M133 Kornet-E (AT-14 Spriggan) anti-tank missiles, with deliveries still to take place. This comes as Namibia has admitted North Korea helped establish a weapons factory in the country.

The system can be fired from vehicles or as a standalone system. It features a tandem high explosive anti-tank warhead designed to defeat explosive reactive armour, but can also be fitted with high explosive and thermobaric warheads for use against unarmoured targets. The anti-tank warhead can penetrate 1 200 mm of armour. Guidance is semi-automatic command-to-line-of-sight via laser beam. Range is five kilometres.

In 2014 the Namibian government said it would spend billions on the construction and upgrading of five new military bases over the next four years under a greatly expanded defence budget. The military infrastructure development project included the establishment of a new military academy for the Namibia Defence Force (NDF).

The Namibian Defence Force’s Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) document for the period 2014 to 2017 showed that billions will be spent on setting up new army bases in Keetmanshoop (N$241 million), Otjiwarongo (N$545 million), Gobabis (N$550 million) and Oluno (N$573 million).

A new air force base was to be set up in Karibib (N$348 million) while a new military academy will be built at Oshivelo (N$395 million). Further developments include the construction of a new military hospital in Windhoek (N$450 million), specific upgrades to the naval base in Walvis Bay (N$395 million) and a general rehabilitation programme which will cover an unspecified number of old army bases (N$615 million).

All bases are from the SADF and are being renovated or rebuilt completely, as well as growth/expansion in capability especially the navy, air force and military health services,our defence budget got slashed though I expect some programme's to be pushed into the near future

Don't be too hard on people. You Naijjas are wayyyy ahead of Kenyans in recognising the Western hand in terror activities. Its now going on 3 years since the Westgate massacre;try telling a Kenyan the mall owners long running links to false flags and hear them squeal. off topic : do you remember the TOW crew that destroyed a russian MI-8 claiming to have killed several russians soldiers,during the rescue mission of the russians pilots who air craft was shot by turkey.they have being captured by syria army with their TOW ATGM,they can clearly be recognized from previous video exploits of attacks they carried.
