The CBT involves three stages.
We have the typing test.
They'll ask you to type and you'll be timed. So you have to be fast.
Then the call stimuation. They'll play a. Call between a customer and a customer service rep. You'll be asked to listen to their converstaion and type out the details. Don't worry there will be a vid for you to watch and also a pratical before the real test.

Then the last test is problem solving. This one requires common sense and being able to think fast. Mind you, in all these tests you shall be timed o. So you have to be fast. But don't be afraid. The instructors were very nice and friendly. They pressure you at all..

Btw dressing isn't really a problem here. Just look decent and smart. A nothing too serious. A corpotate gown or a blouse and skirt/pants

If you get to the interview stage, don't go there and tell them, you're on all the social network platforms, it's okay to say you know all these platforms exist, but maybe you're on facebook but you're not really regular...these network guys want low-profiled workers...don't ask me how i know this......i wouldn't reply....gracias..

you dnt need to call for reschedule. whenever u get der, tell them u were from afar that u couldnt do the test d day specified. they will allow u to take the test. confirmed.

Inform them bout your situation via mail ( even if they reply or not)


It won't cost you anything. It's better to be cautious with sensitive issues like this

You have to call or send them a mail as regards the issue, talking from experience, if not they wouldn't do anything about ur case cos I think it's an error and it happens every once in a while. Just my shining advice o
