If you are yet to go for CBT I think you should be more concerned about your accuracy than the wpm,i am not saying one Shud go n have 11 wpm ooo.From my observation and experience even if you have 50wpm n ur accuracy is below 90% dey wud just send you regret mail......I stand to be corrected though.

It's really shocking seeing the kind of good results getting regret mail because someone I met at the interview stage got 17WPM and 87%. So it's quite strange.

Hope you're also answering the problem solving part quite well, because I think that's the other major criteria in the CBT.

But really I don't know. Reapply if you've gotten regret mail, hopefully you'll be called back and you'll do better.

About d typing, I think Dats not d only tin dey put into consideration, like ur call assimilation matters too, even d problem solving aspect. It's d total sum of this Dat dey look @.so even wen yu hve 40wpm and 90% accuracy, and in d oda part of d test yu mess up, it doesn't guarantee you any chances for making it to d next stage. So pple stop telling us about ur wpm and accuracy only, tell us d full story cos unaa dey put fear for pple mind.

The cbt is in 3 sections, typing, multitasking and problem solving. Typing is just 1 of the 3 and its not even more important than the others, so even if ur typing isn't excellent and others are, ud definitely be invited for the next stage

Most of those people crying foul about 35wpm and 100% accuracy are not telling the complete story. They have messed up somewhere, we all know it's not only wpm and accuracy that determines the whole process... Most of them messed up the call assimilation, problem solving part, some messed up interviews and many other aspects too.

U have to do well in all 3 phases of the Cbt

Ahhhh. regret mail ke. this score is ok na. I know of people fr this forum who have less accuracy with same speed with urs, but dey r were asked to proceed to the next stage. probably there was a mistake or they've raise the cut off in this ur case.
