Go back and bathe again maybe they might call you while bathing.Lol...But seriously I think you should probably re-apply once you've missed their call it shouldn't take more than 5mins for you to do so.And don't bother calling back its a one way number..Just saying

I personally think we are missing things here and not directing our straight to the orda important process...

for example ur have 40wpm and 95% accuracy. MEANING you wer prepared for the computer issue

But wer not prepared for the reminding 3 sections ... why will u score 1/3 abi na 4 and u expect them not to send u a regret msg...

if u like get 100wpm n 100% accuracy but you can not double task or even answer simple oral interview question ur 100 100 tin na nonsense...

so, my plead now is... lets name n share ideas on all processes


PS.. I may score 20wpm n 65%acc if I perform well in the remaining section I think I'm good to go

They won't want to talk about the other phases... It's funny how they complain about regret mails with 40wpm and 100% accuracy after they have FAILED WOOFULLY in other aspect. If they haven't messed up the other aspect, they would complain about it so for them to keep shut about the other aspect, it means they messed up. That's my opinion...

It's really shocking seeing the kind of good results getting regret mail because someone I met at the interview stage got 17WPM and 87%. So it's quite strange.

Hope you're also answering the problem solving part quite well, because I think that's the other major criteria in the CBT.

But really I don't know. Reapply if you've gotten regret mail, hopefully you'll be called back and you'll do better.

The multitasking aspect is the area whr u will asked 2 listen 2 a conversation btw d agent nd d customer, get facts frm d customer nd illustrate wat his/her prob is. Problem solving is abt askin u a question nd u state ur view abt it period

I did my cbt on the 16th of march and Etisalat has not answered me for the next stage. I got another mail for Personality assessment last Friday n then an SMS to disregard it. I have not gotten a regret mail or a successful mail to move to the next stage. Please who else is having same problem? Should I reapply? pls someone should answer me oh, cos am losing my mind here
