Your initial question suggested displeasure with the giant strides of the Winners chapel in building Universities.Hence my response.
Why dont you clap for yourself because you are more educated.Besides I am super sure you are not my match when it comes to academic prowess in this life not even in your next life. Abeg get out.

Winners' Chapel is likened to a shining hill that everyone wants and strive to get to but didn't know what really goes on in the glass mountain

1. Every Staff (except those in Education) works for 360 days in the year with less than 5-7 days annual leave including pastors

2. You mentioned that they should appreciate the little they earn. Some staff that work in CRITICAL department are earning less than 35k monthly. (i know of someone who works at one of the branches, he always sees and handles nothing less than 40million monthly but earns 27,500) so if i may ask: if you were the one earning such little and handling such huge amount monthly, there will be a time that you will ask yourself INTEGRITY QUESTIONS

3. In winners, as a staff, you no fit climb altar say you save money with your wife in co-operative society and you bought a 250k car and you will still walk free in the church; you will be decorated with allegations that you diverted church income

Let me stop here.

if people/staff are treated well, they will be more productive and loyal

Why haven't those staff members resigned? It is because there is no better job elsewhere.
And do you know what will happen if he decides to shut down his 2 universities? Thousands of Nigerians will become jobless. In fact, they will come to appreciate and desire that poor paying job more than anything after spending months at home without jobs. Maybe pay is low, but at least it pays their bills. And I'm certain their situations are better than those of osun state government workers.

And I think you are the one deserving e-slap for not reasoning properly before commenting. Ask yourself if anything is progressive in your country in recent times and you will come to appreciate the so-called little that you receive as salary.

1. Why are the staff members not speaking out? Why arethey hiding and still attending his church despite the ungoldly treatments? Why are they silent? Why are they suffering and smiling?

2. Why can't they leave the work and look for better conditions elsewhere?
