It is called norun in Yoruba.... And it affects sight and in most cases sexual performance...... I once battled with it and over came... Very easy and cheap to treat, it can be treated with as low as #300.

@op; I can only attribute this to a few things;

1) Chicken pox

2) Shingles if you have had chicken pox before

3) A reaction from a soap or cream you are using

4) A new item of clothing that you wore that was contaminated which caused this reaction

5) Something you ate or drank that has upset your system

6) Heat rash from excessive heat

7) GO TO A DOCTOR ASAP AND GET IT CHECKED OUT.

It is very simple...tell ur brother to stop bathing with the well water in ur compound. Ask him to use clean water, maybe tap or sth. U will see the improvement.

hmmm, the stains from the sweat on his shirt!- should we call it acidic sweat. Perhaps homonal inbalance? the kind of water, soap he uses to bath or wash? his foam he sleeps on??

Those are open comedones(blackheads) acne vulgaris, commonly known as pimples, as evidenced by their presence at sites rich in sebaceous gland (face,upper chest, back,shoulders).........just get a cream with benzoyl peroxide or tretinoin as its active agent. Regular washing with soap and antiseptics is also recommended.
