But i wanna ask, what as suddenly happen to that part of the CCT Act which allow it to invite the accused person to explain any discripancies or admitt the errors in the form that was stongly adhere to in the past which is now being ignored/waved aside When as that part of the CCT Act gone missing The same Act that was acknowledge by the same judge and not a different CCT/CCB for that matter Why not follow/acknowledge that same Act now and see what comes out of it. If this man is guilty, fine let him b jailed!!! And if he's not he shud b set freeee!!!!. Why didn't we follow the law to the letter and let it take it full course?? On saraki trial as negative as it makes me look..i've always been in support of saraki.,not cause i like saraki but cause of the rola apc played...1st if saraki hadn't collect d sp by force we wouldn't have heard this trial..i put that on my everything..buh that's by the way...a breakdown of apc.,acn+cpc+nPDP....nw cpc-president.,acn-vp..u really want to tel me nPDP doesn't deserve sp.? I voted for APC bcs I believe Pdp are not doing enough but with the current trend in APC I don't think I w vote for d party come 2019 unless things change for d better bcs Nigerians are groan in pain of economy hardships.I don't know Timi Frank but d man said somethings we should deliberate on but most people in their opinions are attacking this man.My first question is this,did Timi lie on d points he raised or he his talking jargons.The political history of APC attested to d point he raised.If anyone here saying saraki did not contribute to the emergency of APC as a leading party in Nigeria then we are not sincere.The guy single handedly led ameachi and other Governors to decamp to APC.Also led other senators to decamp to APC and raised a very serious allegation on oil subsidy. When he was doing this against his party then,the APC supporters did not call it betrayal but as a Senate President he must be dealt with for going against d party consensus candidate.Another question I need to ask,is saraki trial is on corruption or political persecutions.If saraki trial is on corruption and found guilty then he can rot in jail but Tinubu was charged with d same crime but d same judge handling saraki case set Tinubu free.This is an area I smell persecutions for going against d party order and if eventually saraki is jail then it w not serves as good example to fraudulent people bcs it is political persecutions.It is a pity that Saraki w not survive this bcs d gang against him are not d masses but d selected fews like Tinubu,el rufai,lai mohammed,prof itse sagay,akande and marafa led group in d house who believe that emergence of saraki has led to d disruption of 2019 political calculations which is not for d masses like me and u but for their selfish interest.Back to your question that Saraki's downfall w not have any effect on APC,well let's wait and see how things w unfolds bcs I can tell u that the 5 Governors that decamped to APC broke and shattered Pdp govt.

As young as this Timi Frank is, he still doesn't have a rare gem characteristic. Nigerian law is too soft for corruption if not he wouldn't get the mouth to talk. The law should never be a respecter of personality nor political affiliation. Please, Frank let the law take its course. I am just disappointed in a supposedly "youth - leaders of tomorrow", saying this.

Actually, stealing is not corruption. Even legal luminairies have finally agreed on that. You should update yourself. The budget scandal for example is a good example of corruption. Prosecuting stealing is the job of the police. Corruption on the other hand can e handled by several agencies

.......what the stupid Frank was trying to say is that,Saraki was a governor and the same time a senator when they were decamping.
Has Saraki faced his trial and found guilty?.why are poeople preemptiing the outcome of the case that has not even started.
These bunch of people should rather advise Saraki to go face the trial full blown and stop running from one court to another in other to stop the trial from taking off.
As they say,only the guilty fear trials.
