it seems ur not ready to end dis matter.

Nigeria is a third world country and at the level where we are no sector in dis country is functioning properly.

Stop comparing Nigeria and America cos they have a working system where any law enforced will be strictly obeyed and offenders will be brought to book.

It doesn't work that way in Naija.

Hope ur ok now?.

If I may ask, why do you think laws don't work in Nigeria? Because wrong doings are seen as the norm, amongst other reasons.

The point is, Nigeria doesn't have to remain a third-world country forever. Things should improve. But improvement can only come with positive change. And positive change will only begin when Nigerians acknowledge wrongs. Burying heads in the sand will achieve nothing.

If this guy who is transporting a folded, live cow in the trunk of his sedan is prosecuted for cruelty and endangering public life, you would see it as him being picked upon. Indeed, you see nothing wrong with his actions, so I don't expect you to understand.

The system can be made to work. This 'system' is made up of human beings, you and I.

Exactly what I'm saying. You see one breaking the law as the norm in Nigeria, simply because it doesn't affect you directly. To you, sanity is an alien concept you can't (won't?) grasp; this is part of Nigeria's problem.

For you, all I can feel is a very profound sorrow.

The cow carrying honda accord, was actually driven by a woman, not a man. Maybe herbie27 is that woman, who knows grin

Please quote me anywhere where I allegedly insulted you. You simply detest debating in any respect. Why are you a subscriber on Nairaland then? Because it's a platform for debating, and sharing ideas.

Let me know what the "needful" is.

I can see the truth hurts.

There's no one too insignificant to effect change in a country. It's a collective thing. Which is why everyone's vote counts.

I would have thought this was obvious.

As seen recently in Lagos.

Its not alright to transport an animal tied up this way, the cow would be in so much unnecessary pain.

Also, honda accords weren't built for transporting cows.
Y didn't u stop d driver an tell him all dese bull sheet, y come here n rant on nairaland. Stupid topic.
