Material successes are equated with having a good relationship with God, yet their are so many more wealthy people who care less about God. Ese, God exists and God is not Jesus, but Jesus himself was messenger sent by God to guide the children Israel to the right path. Focus on the teachings even as seen in the Bible sincerely and hopefully God will show u the right path.

To Mrs Ese..., it is clear to me that you are faced with very serious life challenges. I think you have not attended to these challenges appropriately (as a christian) You have given more time to reading and digesting other materials and little or no attention and time to God's word. I do not blame you. We are all prone to errors. I encourage you to pick up your Bible today. Open to John 1. Read and meditate on what you read phrase by phrase. Trust God in few minutes you will see strength in you again. You will see Jesus' face smiling at you.

In my opinion, the blame for the loss of faith goes to the COZA pastor and his church.

They ''protected their pastor''.They decided the image of the church was better than heartfelt,broken repentance towards God. They decided that the Pastor was far more important than a lost sheep...and so...they ganged up against Ese and this is the result.

You know, one comment I hate amongst Nigerian christians is the ''Touch not my anointed'' comment. When it was used by David in the Bible ....David was not saying that Saul was free from criticism....he was saying that it was not in his hand to remove Saul...it was in God's hands.

Today...we use that comment to protect our beloved superhero Pastors from all critique. We turn them into little Gods...and give them all worship and protection....even if it is at the expense of souls.

I don't know this lady's story, but denouncing God after being married to a pastor is just to let you know how much scandal she must have witnessed in the 'circle of Christian leaders'. She probably gave up after she saw a lot of hypocrisy and all.

We should always pray for all these 'men of God' and their followers...instead of feeding the sheep the shepherd is selling and eating the sheep.
