The time glo bis on android changed to 1400,wasn't aware I loaded 1k and kept trying to reload data on one android like that,omor e no work.I kept pondering how I will call glo and explain that it's like my cheat has stopped working ..I had to wait and use a colleague's glo line to make the call,and the lady said it's now 1400 not 1k .

Share ur experiencei believe they should employ more hands and stop keep people waiting.
Likewise there station is hell,mtn ladipo office its likely u spend half a day there,etisalat oshodi office even worst than mtn ,they leave u on sit and go for lunch for like 1hr,the lady in charge of data issue very saucy,there is no consumer protection,

Bros, u never see anything, MTN actually has the worst customer service reps in the sense that, it takes forever for them to get connected to you, but Airtel doesn't take up to 2 minutes for you to get connected to a customer care rep, but trust me, their system might either be upgrading or the software is down for them to help fix your issue, thus your aim of calling might not be met.
As for Etisalat, I never and will never use it....so know nothing about it.

Airtel, they're always having system issues and their call center is so hard to reach. Etisalat remains the best, they respond swiftly and resolves issues fast via phonecall or social media.

MTN , the mutherfuckers screwed up my plans to download my travel itinerary and the customer care service provider hooked me up to one thing called "Tunde" we ended up fighting on phone and we engaged ourselves in a brawl before we both cut it .
I broke that line and tossed their SIM card into the trash can - if Na only me MTN for dun park commot for Naija but on a second thought, how about our people that would end up jobless ?

Etisalat has a similar attribute to that of Airtel.
I use etisalat only for everything but sometimes my phone would be off and yet people would be telling that they've been calling me and it rang and I would be like " I no see your missed call o "

once i called their customer care,it doesnt take up to a minute before they would pick up..
atmost,3 minutes!

Bro pls help me tell them ooo, I have been using my mtn for up to 5 years if not more, the longest I have waited to be answered is maybe 10 mins and that's so rare, it's usually between 1 minute and 3.

That lady in charge of data issue didnt get her job through the right channel.

Why would they be called 'Customer Care' when they cant take good care of their customers. A customer should not walk out of their office sad. But they dont care. Please bring bavk Nitel. I dont mind backing my telephone everywhere i go.

I think MTN is the worst. Sometime ago, they made me listen to their useless advert for over an hour and i didnt know when i slept off.

Well, for me its glo. Had an over scratched card issue, called d call center wit my two glo lines simultaneously for 3hrs, sent emails, tweeted n no one responded! I had to wake up as early as 4:30 a.m, and called before they picked after some few seconds without resolving my issue. Dunno about Etisalat, but Airtel has never ceased to wow me. As for MTN, am a CCR n I do my job wella, so I know say we dey try!

Am very sure it's glo started using it no quite long because of there 3gb data subscription please don't ever call there customer care if there is no light(NEPA or generator) the last time I called them my battery went from almost battery full to red and still they dnt answer

Just dial *777# then u select blackberry services,after that you will select buy blackberry plan,you will have two options (bb10 and Non bb10), you go for the Non bb10(but unlike before its NW 1400 guess dollar don affect am too)
