Temi231:first of all, i think you need a sound lawyer, with experience to put you through, tell him you can't pay him till the company is set on auto run else he joins the company as legal adviser, with shares of 2- 5%, if he wants more shares let him bring in more money. But Make sure you still own at least 60% shares |
