ascendo:What makes us different from them? I believe we can start with a 1km subway link right in the heart of Lagos. Marina to Apapa is very feasible. That's one of the reasons I came across this in the first place. It costs $400m/km to construct a subway line. Why cant we do that and decongest our roads and clean up our air? 1 Like |
