I used my gtb Mastercard on the account.
However, a client tried to send me some funds (first transaction on my PayPal account) from his PayPal but he told me PayPal didn't allow him send the funds to my PayPal cos it's spoof...
I don't understand why they won't allow funds into the acct.
Kindly help clarify.
