If you had said CANADA.. I would have agreed.. But the US? Na lie.. You can buy anything and I mean anything if you got your cash. No law in the US forbid outright sale. Even though the mortgage system is a more popular way to own properties.. Outright sale is a far more convenient option if you got dough.
