iyatrustee: I've been natural for almost 2 years now and I've accepted like my twist out won't come out all silky because I have 4b/4c hair. If anyone thinks it's dreads they should contunu. |

HermajestyQ: Try detangling with a conditioner and oil mixture of you don't already have a product you use. Or if your detangling a night before wash day, detangle with water and oil mixture. |

I admire natural hair like Ty Bello's and Chimamanda's-- darn who styles their hair? But I can't go natural. I just can't deal with fussing over my hair like that. I can't. I cant deal with fussing over anything at all except where my thoughts are going. |

maiahsaiah: Well to an extent I agree with you but that's why you can always plan. Like NSG said your hair has moods, you don't just wake up and spend hours on your hair. And if you think you're busy then don't let your hair out. For example 80% of my time in school i do protective styling. It's all about time management. Your hair is also part of your body, so treat it good. I see girls with just like 10 strands of "relaxed" hair tucked away under expensive weaves. 7 Likes |

my sis went on natural hair..she washes it then threads it to make it "combable" its long and stressful( she can wash it and not comb for 2 days if she doesn't have anywhere to be:-)lol),... mine is not so long so the stress hasn't begun but I use honey as a conditioner to soften it. Then there's my mum she grew tired of hair in general so she cut it and is on short afro now.. All the females in my house are "naturalistas" lo 1 Like |
