when a car is on fire the doors usually jamlock. Maybe they broke the window to bring him out and he sustained the injury from there.

I understand. The concept of a fire extinguisher is alien to you and a lot of Nigerians. It wouldn't have gotten to this extent if there was one in the vehicle.
