I will only respect you cos u are a mod and I must confess you are one of the active mod I do respect and praise for your job here in travel section.

But this is a forum and everyone has his/her own freedom of expression in as much we are not off topic.

If I drop my points, I am not expecting anyone to challenge my point and if anyone does, we will start the argument and ppl will learn from both the positive & negative points and that's why its called a forum.

I am just sick and tired of reading positive side without anyone challenging their points (who knows if they are the agents deceiving Nigerians with lies and empty promises here with alternative monikers )

the truth is, they don't value our CV's (africa) abroad if you don't obtain additional degree abroad.

Freedom of speech comes with responsibilities and one of them is to respect other people's freedom to have a contrary view. You have so far engaged in war of words with others and throwing insults right left and center hence those hidden posts.

You have exercised of your right by giving your opinion on this issue many times but we can keep repeating the same thing and going round and round for ages.

try edit your CV to their taste over there in UAE,don't be surprised you'll get an offer beyond your expectations, I once got an offer last year November for a teaching job over there,but I wasn't prepared psychologically to leave naija then...pray hard,work hard,keep all hopes alive and above all TRUST GOD!!!

I could remember one guy started with the word "silly" to reply my peaceful post but I I never knew why the post wasn't hidden cos he started and you expected me to ignore? No!!!

Halima or whatever is her name threw me a "punch line" telling me I live in Africa or so. I told her to be careful with her reply cos I don't take bullshits and she replied me with "slowpoke".

Didn't you read how the insults started?

Please and please I won't tolerate that.

I am peaceful but I am always ready for trouble if they call for one.

My negative views shouldn't 'inch' anyone here and my opinion shouldnt be replied with 'punch lines' if they don't want war.

Therefore everyone should stand on his/her opinion either positive or negative and no one should rape or romance my opinion.

it was a friend on another travel thread who shared the info with me,helped with the online application without my knowledge, alas visa came out....but I wasn't prepared to leave then

I considered I might lose a lot converting my naira to dollars here in Nigeria and still going to convert the dollars to dirhams in uae. Please advise me on what to do. Thanks

if you have means of changing it to dhm its better for u. But I doubt u can travel with your naira with the aim to change it over there. Hold Dollars or dhm.

I advise u hold dollars. Unless u can get dirham at a cost if u multiply by 3.67 it would be lower than the price at which dollars would be sold to u.
