Good day house, I hope everybody is fine. I was denied visa about three ago on the ground of :
*insufficient fund
*limited employment prospect
*employment status
*personal asset

I then filed for a GSM file to know the actual reason for my denial, I received my GSM and here is what is written:

Application for study permit, taking into account the economic situation and the labour market in the country, I am not satisfied that the applicant has sufficient back grounds to ensure compliance with the conditions of stay as a student. For all these reasons, I am not satisfied that the applicant be a temporary student in good faith according to R179, doubts whether immigrant intent and does not use legal means to remain in Canada. In light of the information and documents in my possession, I am not satisfied that the student has demonstrated have sufficient financial resources to cover its costs of stay and study in Canada for all of these reasons, refusal.

Please gurus in the house, abeg how am I going to deal with this?

you need to tell us the course you applied for and who was your sponsor and how much was in the account.

Hi people, anyone going to Humber College for Fall 2016 pls let's stay in touch. I have applied for Form A this week . I pray school fee gets sorted before the month runs out as Humber requires full payment before applying for TRV. Anyone going to Humber for fall that has submitted his or her TRV pls holla.

Sorry for the denial bro. Thinking like a VO now, I feel the course you intend to study doesn't have a favourable market here in Nigeria. The VO I think considered your background in high school or the job you are currently doing how it relates to your proposed course. My thoughts on limited employment prospect only.
I stand to be corrected tho

I applied for MEng in civil engineering, no news yet on admission, I got admission to ryerson University but I was asked to pay a tuition deposit, I am hoping Western wouldn't ask for that.

Not necessarily before applying for TRV but sha make sure you pay before or latest by deadline stated on your admission letter because the NEW CIC..lolz.. would wait till that date before proceeding with your application.

Good day house, please can I accept another offer of admission while my study permit application is still being processed with cic. ( I just feel I should accept the other offer in case I might need it later on)
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 10 by DanIndia(m): 4:20pm On Apr 13, 2016
Yes, you can if you want to. It has got nothing to do with your current application. You have applied with a letter from a different school, right ? Many people apply to many schools, accept some but end up applying with one.

It depends on how you applied and got the admission to start with. For those attending colleges in Ontario whose offers of admission come through www.ontariocolleges.ca, accepting another admission makes the previous offer void. However, if the deadline for acceptance is not yet breached you could just hold action while your visa application is still processing.
Please note this information is strictly on ontariocolleges as I do not know the workings of other provinces/institutions

Re: Travelling To Canada Part 10 by bjmme: 4:52pm On Apr 13, 2016
bjmme posA $1,500 mandatory, non-refundable tuition deposit is required for all new and returning students entering a program in the 2015/16 academic year. This deposit is required in order to secure a place in the program. For students who register and attend classes in the fall, the tuition deposit is part of the student’s tuition fees and reduces the tuition owed. Should a student’s visa be refused and the international office is provided with a copy of the visa rejection letter, tuition will be refunded less the $200.00 College administrative fee.t=44605392:
