Send "Status" to "777"... you will get a reply. It's better that way (I think).
Glo network is (so so so) useless.... checking credit balance is stress on its own too.

Security wipe totally wipes the memory of the phone unless if something went wrong...
What you should do is to go online, download recent autoloader for Q5 (crackberry.com) (1.5gb) , install the Os on your laptop that has BlackBerry link, do a security wipe, when it's done, connect the Q5 to the laptop and the OS will sync with the device...

good day peeps, am aving issues with my z30. I cant connect to the blackberry network, (BlackBerry logo). I have capital H without the BlackBerry logo. I cant browse, use whatsapp, and some apps. bt bbm, twitter n fb not working. av tried every tech scope I know bt it's nt working.

I had a similar situation sometimes ago wen both my Twitter n BBM went abt displaying blank after an update I made.
