Under S. 63 of the 1999 Constitution, the Senate shall sit for not less than 180 days in a year.
S. 68(1)(f) provides that a member to the NASS shall loose his seat if he absent him for a cumulative period of 1/3 number of days the House sits without any justifiable reason.
Your 10days limit is harsh Biko. Although I won't deny the fact that Senate not sitting because Senate President is on trial is absolute nonsense.

The Senate is not on trial Saraki is the one on trial and Senate activitty should still go on

Any Senator who misses more than 10 sitting, His seat should be declared vacant
