By the way, the CCT has no powers to jail anyone it convicts, but it most certainly does have power to order that a convict vacate office, and/or be banned from holding public office for a period of not more than 10 years in addition to assets forfeiture. I agree with you bro, the thing is that efcc is not even taking the matter to court.They have stated that there is no sufficient to substantiante a case.the truth is that the efcc, presidency, cct are going to pass a guilty verdict on saraki, no matter how brilliant his defense his.it would take a miracle for the tide to change

Even if that wasn't the case, Saraki deserves whatever he gets. He broke every rule he shouldn't have broken to be Senate President and also refused overtures to settle the impasse amicably, saying his hands were tied.

Whatever he gets, he called for it.
