Govt is a continuum. A project must not be completed within the lifespan of an administration. I like Amaechi for initiating the monorail and greater Portharcourt projects. It takes a visionary to do these things but a Lilly hearted may not understand.

While Jonathan went New Jersey boasting that one of his legacy is that he gave us train when failed to tell them that the said train is outdated model that are slippering off rails, Buhari is bringing the modern model to us. God ble Buhari, God bless Nigeria.
