I didn't have malaria too, was only given a preventive drug around 6months or so, even saw blisters on my mouth but forgot to discuss with my doc, will do so @ my appointment.

Mix egg yolk tin tomato liquid milk and a malt drink together and drink, my pcv was also low and a nurse in my dh hospital recommended it to me , dh kick against it because he's a doctor but me I took it o and lo and behold my blood count increased within two weeks. Dh self was also surprised by d result. Increase ur vegetables intake especially ugwu it can also help.

Mama, taking raw egg is NEVER recommended in pregnancy o. Ask doctors and check online. Soft-boiled or raw eggs most times carry salmonella bacteria, so it's not a good idea to eat them while you are pregnant. Its better to take just the tin tomato, milk and malt. Please abeg, let's play safe even tho we feel its right, and not recommend to other mamas what's unsafe. Pls

Ok...just checking in on you. Are you sure you are not feeling the movement already or you don't recognize it?
Trick is to drink something sugary and your Lo would start kicking and punching.

Sleeping pills are dicey to use during pregnancy as they also make the foetus sleepy too. Such pills are only prescribed when the pros outweigh the cons in cases like insomnia causing high bp.
For Neofylin, I dont know buh Piriton and Cofex were prescribed to me when I had cough in my 39th week.

Have a lil faith in your Dr and whenever you dont feel comfortable, please voice your concern to him.

And it happened again today, I've noticed this for long, my boy can like church ehn, whenever i'm in church, the kicks no be here o, he will kick me till I leave the church n on getting home, he will find better corner go sleep.

Tips on how to preserved homemade fresh tomatoes,that can stay(duration)up to a year.buy your tomatoes,dissect it,remove the seed,add freshpepe n onions,if you wish and blend/ground the tomatoes.boil the content,until no visible water,get a container i.e empty salad/ketchup bottle,fill it with the boiled tomato paste,boil up water,if you hav rice bag/or empty garri sack,put the filled bottle tomato paste in the sack and allow it boil for 20 minutes,bring it down.yu can also refrigerate the bottle paste optional.it can last up to a year,it wont spoil

Am yet to get d correlation btw tin tomatoes and blood. I wonder when I hear from preggie women dt dey r taking tomatoes with milk or malt.

As a food processor, majority of tomatoe paste will ve in Naija is abt 70% starch and colourant, it contains less than 10% tomatoes fruit. Most manufacturers bring in a large bag of this paste and re pack into little container here in naija. If u r opportuned to c hw its handle, majority of us will nt take dis so called paste not talk of adding to milk to drink raw. And ve nt read dt tomatoes is a good source of iron. D red color of tomatoe is due to Lycopene which is a color pigment.
Pls let us be careful abt what we take into our system. And mind u, raw egg is nt jst advisable at any point in time. Apart from d salmonella organism present in raw egg, it also contains avidin(anti growth), which bind with biotin which is required by d baby for growth thereby making it unavailable.
