How could one says with all details information attached to the report, name of suspect, account no, bank name, bank address, date of transaction and transfer details. suspect confession statement, amount returned and so on.

Take evidences to courts. Let independent judicial body authenticate admissibility of tendered evidences and report to the press. Buhari efcc cannot be the police,prosecutors, juries and the judge. All these rubbish are superfluous prosecutorial propagandas.
