But he needs to work hard and get the stupid "I have arrive" thinking. If he had stayed back instead of going on that career declining loan moved to Dortmund, he would have taken the RW role for himself.

Lingard cannot improve beyond his current level. Take nothing away from him.... he has got good movement and pace but his final output is super average.
