well now i know that so many guys who claim to be hard guys are just like coconuts, tough outside but soft inside.
I have been friends with this dude since secondary school days, we grew up together. We are very close up till now.

Back in the days he was a womaniser who jumps from one girl to another and was always flexing. I always advised him to stop this player lifestyle but he wont listen.

He continued like this for years until one day when i went to his place, he told me he has fallen in love with a lady and that he has changed.

I laughed and said you of all people fall in love? But He convinced me and told me i should watch and see that he would stick to this girl alone.
Well i was happy for him.

Truely this babe transformed him and he was no longer the guy i used to know. He loved the girl so much and am so sure he was faithful to her.

They dated for a long time and he proposed to her and she accepted. After sometime they started living together. the girl got pregnant for him.

But sadly, She died during chidbirth in the hospital. This guy cried like a baby. He really loved the girl.

To make matters worst the girl came from akwa ibom state and her relatives were after him to come and marry her corpse since he didnt pay her bride price.

Before then he only met with her siblings and not her parents, since they were in the village.

Since he loved the girl so much, he agreed to pay her brideprice and also burried her in a befitting way.

Could you imagine that the list they gave him and the things he was to buy was worth 500k. He told me he is willing to pay it since he loved his wife to be with all his heart. I wondered where he would get such money since i knew he didnt have much money as at then.

My guy sold the only inheritance his father left for him which was a piece of land. The land actually worth more then 2million naira but he sold it for 1.5 since he was in a hurry to raise money to settle her relatives.

After everything he burried his wife and we returned home. By then i was staying in calabar.

His Life was not the same again. Every thing about him changed. He now became a very quiet person. He told me he wont get married again.

I asked him why he told me in his life he has met a lot of girls but none of them was like the girl who died and he is very sure he cant love any other woman like he loved her.

I encouraged him to forget about everything and move on that the future is brighter. I felt his pain too but i taught he would move on after sometime since time heals all wounds.

But this is not true in his case. After some yrs since the girl died he is still saying the same thing. He says he doesnt want to get married. Ever since his fiancee died he has not even been into any relatioship.

Ve tried my best to make him move on but he wont listen. I dont know what to do next.

You guys can drop your advise for him, then ll show him to see if that will help him. Thanks in advance
