Well, with this I guess Buhari wasn't entirely late in signing.

But then, its supposed to be a CHANGE not d status quo.
aside the politics of bitterness played by the Saraki's camp, the budget wud have been far signed into law. The hastiness of the budget process by Buhari shows he meant serious business. The govt of GEJ neva witnessed this kind of political taunting as shown by Saraki and co.

What makes Buhari's own late is because he was hitherto not running on any budget, thereby making the economy stand still

So when was the budget submitted, December 2015 and then withdrawn only to be resubmitted and subsequently withdrawn only to be submitted once more...

You see, the Devil is in the details.

****Modified...
now they have started giving excuses as to why the budget won be fully implemented...

It's ok though, their gullible zombies will believe every line they drop

I've always said and repeated; after bad governance and corruption, unemployment is the third biggest problem plaguing our nation. Which person observing a proper 9 - 5 job would've the time to waste retrieving such record?

Back in 2011 - 2013 I always found it funny regardless the dates shown here of the budgets being passed my financial dealings with the government were always delayed under the guise of the budget not reaching parastatals even as late as September and October of the stated years.

There was the 2015 budget. BUT nobody hitherto implemented the budget as signed. GEJ dumped it following dwindling resources and corruption and Mr. Buhari made no attempt to pick it from there.

Those were the years of boom. Not when buharinomics has destroyed the economy, and is still playing table tennis with the budget

What is very important in this report is that it is not as if budget in previous years were signed in January. So, the question which the wailers have not been able to answer so far is that, why all these noise about the delay this time. Until the day we agree to be sincere with ourselves, development will always remain an illusion. Mtcheew.

When you have someone that wants change a lot of absorbed abnormality will start showingup. The budget has always been tampered with and the present day government is saying no

They must always have reason for their failure, and the worst is that their supporters are not even ashamed. You promised change, the NASS is APC dominated, yet you are giving reasons for failures. Where I come from, there's no explanation for failure. Once you failed, you have failed. Accept it and prepare for a successful tomorrow.
