The significant change is that there's no padding. Every geopolitical zone got equal share of capital project and this is indeed a zero budgetary unlike the one the 'clueless' submitted. That's the real change!

Guys, here is the analysis of period when budgets where sent to NASS,Period submitted and time lag when it was signed into law. This is to tell you that the much taunted noise about delay is just media hype to keep us busy . Now with this revelation, We should not come up with excuses of delay signing of budget as excuse for failure
From the above analysis, we can now see that budget delay passage is not new as experience under PMB as well. It is only lame excuse for anyone to now come up to say he could not achieve cos he received the budget late . This is for record purpose as well

Well, from a Mathematician point of view, if you consider that a sequence, you'll notice the odd one out.

The dates that are specifically of interest are those signed the year following an election year i.e., 2008; 2012 and 2016. You'll notice the first two were signed in April while the last was signed in May.

That, bearing heavily on the perceived inefficacy of this administration, should be the reason for the outcry.
