Schooling in Nigeria's Public Universities is like strolling through hell..The stress you are made to go through sef is depersonalizing , not to talk of this inhumanity !!! D first protest was staged bcus, no water n light in d hostel. Imagine a hostel of more Dan 1000 occupants ( new hall) with no water, how do u want d female to scope. Exam is close n no light to read, charge fones n laptop (to access internet) n u said d course of protest is unreasonable. Now we are forced to sign reabsorbtion letter. We can protest about dis.

I had to put myself in the students shoes. I swear to God I might fail the exam. I thank God I graduated from that school last year. Despite the fact am no longer a student of Unilag again. This news will always linger in my memory. If I am in top position I will never come back to that school again because of this inhumane behaviour

Do you think most squatters don't want to have a bed space. How many bed spaces are provided for the students? Out of limited bed spaces available, some hostels like Shodehinde has been under renovation since last year November. What do you want the students to do?

Don't mind those guys that are spewing thrash. Some of my course mate back then, some came all the way from Kano, Ibadan, Ondo, Kogi, Kaduna, Osun. Some people do think that most students in Unilag re from Lagos. Even those ones from Lagos can't come especially if you live in ikorodu, Iyana ipaja or any hinterland in Lagos.

Why can't your school stage another protest again during the increment of your school fees. Your school fees varies from one faculty to another. Abeg remove the log from your eye first.

Reaping where they didn't sow in this case should be decided by whoever will squat them not by the school.... And, they never said they don't want hostels to begin with or that they won't pay for it, the problem is the school didn't provide. Ozolua is a bq inside school, they pay up to 200k in a year that's even more than their school fees. Unless u want to stay at bariga and even then, it will still be relatively expensive. Renting anywhere iin lagos should not be compared to renting in Ife.
