So I said I had TOEFL Voucher for sell @ 40k and GRE/TOEFL official guide to give away. So this guy cseejhay contacted me, he even sounded so nice and we spoke on phone. He asked me for the official guide but at that point it was already promised to another member of this forum, I thought of giving it to him I in fact promised him but I knew a man is as good as his word, so I told him to pay 35k, use the 5k for the official guide at CSS bookshop. I sent him the voucher yesterday night, it was used this afternoon.

The problem started afterwards, I called him he said he couldn't get into his account, when he got in he could not check his order, and finally he informed me he made an instant transfer from GTB, till 10:32 pm tonight I am yet to get the so called the 'instant' transfer, the time stamp is different from today's date... I am calling him right now he is not picking.

Anyways I learnt never to trust a Nigerian no matter how honest they sound. But at the same time I'm not totally helpless tomorrow I put a call across to ETS informing them my voucher was stolen, even if he writes TOEFL a million times he would never get his results

i called you as soon as soon as i made payment, i have experinced this before, but then i mistakey initiated a NEFT transfer instead of INSTANT, the reciepient got value for the transaction on the monday of the next week(late afternoon).at other times with instant i was told by gtb the transaction was pending.these situations are unavoidable, i expect u to know better sire, i told u gtb cust care rep said the transaction went tru from their end, that i should tell u to contact access and provide that REFERENCE NO on the screenshot i sent to u.thoght its only normal to b worried, Coming on here to write an epistle on our dealings doesnt help my image sire, not everyone here would view this the way mr slimmy did.well its ok, u are still my boss ....smiles.sire try trust me small, biko, we still have credulous nigerians and i have been begging GOD in respect of ur interview, no worries, i have always told baba u are a nice dude....smiles.The reason i decided to get the voucher from u sire: it saves me stress and time as i dont have to go tru the rigorous process of paypal or other methods of payment.not minding any risk that might be involved, i had to tie the deal.it hurts the way people see me right now after u writeup bro, but its ok.
