You might want to disbelieve that this traffic light was spotted on Victoria Island. A High profile area of Lagos, where the rich and affluent live. Who can we say is confused? The Traffic light or the system that installed the light at the location. In a country where things are working fine, this will not even be there for more than 30 minutes knowing fully well the consequences will be quite fatal.
