I entered my second trimester today o, but since yesterday I have been feeling as if so much burden have taken away from me. I could remember my first trimester, I felt as if I was going to die. There's no type of early pregnancy symptoms that I didn't experience, ranging from tiredness, dizziness, vomiting, heartburn, backpain, loss of appetite, spitting, low BP, malaria, typhoid, hook worm, to the ones I can't remember for now. And to worsen the whole thing, there were all happening @ same time. But as God may have it, most of them have disappeared. Remaining only spitting and back pain but with time I will get over it. Honey contains a bacteria that babies and children under 1year cannot digest. This in turn becomes a toxin for them. It's not safe in pregnancy because what ever you eat is passed to the baby in the womb. I use honey too but since I got pregnant, I abandoned it.

Meanwhile I keep hearing people say they dropped hospital bag in the hospital. Is this a new law or something? How do you ensure the safety and non mix up of the bag until delivery date? I've never done it. I just carried bag to hospital on the day of delivery. Please someone should expansiate biko

I also experience this shortness of breath meme... I pinned it to my being unfit . Infact I've vowed to increase my activity level if only I can just lift myself off the bed these days lol. Anyway make sure you take all your tabs and the iron/ferrous tablets too. It'll help greatly
