@rofemiguwa, lovely bs, am sure upcoming mamas will see that exercise plays a good role during pregnancy. My neighbor, a FTM had prolonged labour, she neva took out time to even do small exercise, na just chop, sidon, sleep. Pls let's help ourselves and our LOs.
