Why did he oppose it 4 years ago? He is trying to remain relevant in this government.... He doesn't want Buhari's wahala... If he dare go against baba's decision, CCB will surface. |

The problem of this country is not the old people ruling us but the youths. All we do is to subscribe, come on NL to rant about the bad governance. A lot of us are graduate, yet have no job or if at all, a slavery one. We claim to be educated and modern yet we allow those old people to rule n control our destiny. We have allowed our minds to b clouded by bias judgement in every way tru tribalism and nepotism. I see some youths come on NL n take sides with these politicians n I really feel pity for our future. I don't know if any of us really think these people have our interest at heart. We are just tools they use to achieve there evil goals and nothing more. Nigerians (youths) have to be wise and take charge of their destiny. Enough is enough, we have to stop taking sides but rather be united n fight these corrupt souls. |

prelinctus:I was at Ojota through out the "Occupy Nigeria against Jonathan" protest. Is that why your are not calling me two-face? You are wrong nigga, I have multiple faces and mind you, 'this is not my true face ooo', I left my true face at home. Fuel subsidy cannot go on forever, I have to stop it, but the timing is what I can talk about. |

I remember vividly during occupy nigeria when buhari said subsidy is a scam. He said there is nothing like fuel subsidy. Why the change of mouth. Politician are all the same. They are bunch of hearthless people. Why this time of hardship you remove subsidy. Dollar is 330 Hike in electricity trariff Now petrol 145 All this within a year. Buhari is an idiot, very heartly human being. Come arrest for my house. Thunder fire u |

senderous:I know it is the best decision but why oppose this same decision during another administration..even when the same reasons for the romoval was given...is that not evil and highly unpatroitic of you and your APC God fathers?...you guys lured the poor masses to protest thinking that this same policy was evil and that there are better ways to go about it if you poeple get into power other than the removal of fuel subsidy..posperity will judge you and your political God father for risking the life of Nigerians and our country over unecessary political party rivary...are we saying political parties comes first before national issues that will affect our lives positively?...i tire for una sha...and you expect Nigerian to progress like this..APC is a hopeless party. |

Rexnegro:so what has change before the removal of fuel subsidy..are the refinaries functioning in full capacity now? obviously no..and I stand to be corrected..Gej removed fuel subsidy in 2012 becos of the same reasons you are using in justifying Buharis own..your partial analysis of this issue knows no bound...how can you guys play with people lives just becos of some stupid political Godfathers..that are brainwashing you over something that is obviously unavoidable...I am amazed at you even when you are equally suffering the effect of you and your political leaders past actions...posperity will surely judge you guys on your wickedness and hypocricy...keep on with your suffering and smiling attitude. |

God bless you for your response. Most Nigerians are at their wits end when it comes to sensitive issues like this. To believe Buhari will turn things around for the better is like believing Arsenal will win the Champions League with Wenger in charge. People compare PMS with GSM, they are two diff things. Even after many years, some people in the remote villages still don't use phones. My grand mother does not ping, she does not do WhatsApp. Petrol is key. It cuts across all sectors. Why is it that the things that work well in other climes don't work in Nigeria? Why the stupid talk of smuggling when the FG can make laws to ensure that every tanker has a tracker installed. Trackers installed by govt agencies and fully working. You track a tanker and prevent or limit crossing borders. Our failure over the years to utilize technology is the cause of our problems. If CCTV are installed in most parts of the country, which can even be viewed on mobile phones, tabs, laptops once u are online. Strategic borders like Ilela in Sokoto, Seme, etc fully having CCTV installed with full security as well, smuggling can be reduced. If a marketer is caught smuggling, then withdraw their licence, shutdown the filling station and make the driver spend 2 years in prison. These men are too old and disconnected from the people. With Nigeria, its a case of the more you look, the less you see. You can remove subsidy but not at this time. Besides, this announcement should have been made by the President himself when he is back from his trip. Besides, Buhari is the Fantastically disconnected Minister of Petroleum. omoharry: |

I am really dissapointed. You see that all these politicians are just using nigerians. Change has come indeed. Why did they ocuppy nigeria when GEJ introduced it in 2012.only to come back in 2016 and do the same thing. I hope we have learnt our lesson oh. |

When I first heard the word PSYCHOLOGY. I spelt "Sychology". I didn't know there was a 'silent' letter "P". When President Buhari and APC promised ₦45 as pms pump price. I also didn't know there was a 'silent' hundred naira before it! I guess I've learnt my lessons!! |
