That's how many traders operate on aliex. They make sure that the product is cheap but shipping is expensive.
What to do is that copy the screen model and the name as seen on the trader link paste it on search link then put free shipping at the back. Then after that you can narrow it to cheapest first. You will definitely see cheaper one with free shipping unless he is the only one selling it.

Let me see the link or the screen description. My son tab screen digitiser is damaged for some time now and I was coated around 80$ plus around $50 shipping. I just refused to accept it. Later the price fell. Up until now ,I have it on my wish list, someone is offering me 17$ including shipping ,am yet to respond. So keep narrowing it down, you will see other seller because the company cannot give only one dealer to sell or try other sites. If not he patience and keep negotiating until you see better options.

guy just go to Last4real, he's really good. and the shipping is 7-10 days in Lagos, his commission is good too.don't use any other third party. Chrisvicmall's stressful.

What you simply said was that the guy(buyer) should expect his purchased goods 2days from the day he makes payment bcoz he's using a shipping agent
