The great historian Gibbons wrote in his Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire (Volume 5) that the science of chemistry owes its origin and improvements to the Muslims.

I opened the Quran to read and read on, I went to this verse Surah 5:51... I shed tears. what did christians do to this people? Islam was formed some 600 years after christianity. Moh'd lived in the house of a Roman Catholic.
