I can't say my health is improving but at least I am just some meters away of finishing my training and getting my certificate!!! Which is a boost for the mindset! In two weeks time I can finally take a serious time-out and address this my health issues more constructively. For now, I m more like someone who is crawling to the finish on her knees after a bloody marathon.

Hope everyone here is holding on fine in the meanwhile. Keep encouraging one another to get the best out of the worse!

Not in Europe. Family emergencies which caused hold-ups at work messed up my holiday plans.
