A CB shouldn't allow an opponent to go freely toward his post, if unable to clear the ball commit a foul and take a card.

You are right. I just reviewed the action again. It would actually have been two vs one against Blind, except if Carrick or Valencia paced enough while Blind delay the counter.

We are always making same mistakes. The second player pulled away from Darmian and Carrick while they were just watching hoping Smalling wins the tackle. Also, Martial repeated our usual mistake, he played four Palace players onside for their goal.
