I have been to ibadan before.
Stayed up to 2months there..
Ibadan need a total urban renewal.
And the number of Public Yards(face me i face you) houses in the city is very high.
I know IB city very well.

Maybe you were unfortunate to live in beere or one of those local places.

We are talking about infrastructures.

Roads, water connected to houses, bridges, health care system, educational system, economical system etc.

Ibadan get the best University in Nigeria, best Hospital in Nigeria, many affordable housing estates, CBD, Recreation centres for relaxation, etc which one come be infrastructure if no be some of these things listed

I know uyo, uyo is not more than abak road, ikot epene road, aka road, oron road, IBB road, olu obasanjo road, plaza, and ibom tropicana, where else do you want to take me to?

Uyo doesn't have much internal roads, like I said, the city is. Coming up but not yet gotten to the standard of pH, enugu, kano and Kaduna.

Goodness me...Awka and Onitsha skylines look like Pretoria and Johannesburg respectively. I swear I'll never believe that was Onitsha. Onitsha ought to be given award for well organized, arranged high rise buildings...

My favourite cities in the east are Enugu, Owerri and Awka....as for d award for Onitsha, it was given weeks ago! as the most polluted city!

Most pics about Ibadan are so demeaning! So so unfair! Ibadan has got beautiful places. And as for those brown roofs, they are not slum! The brownness of Ibadan roofs shows that civilisation has been in dat city wen most cities were still hamlets....the browness of ibadan doesn't mean it's a slum...Lagos and Kano have got worse slums than ibadan. The brown roofs of ibadan is the same in all Nigerian Ancient Southern Cities. Take it or leave it.

I myself did my NYSC in Ibadan north, CDA Agodi gate, Anambra is far developed than Ibadan, Anambra has zero slum, Ibadan is 95% big slum city
