Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State has said that his administration in the last five years initiated and completed 1000 projects.
Okorocha, during a parley with journalists at the Government House, Owerri, as part of celebration for Imo at 40, said, “My government is focused with the mission to save and protect the interest of the people and I want to be remembered as a man who worked for the good of the people.”
He said that his administration had also completed all the projects started by previous governments of former governors Achike Udenwa, Ikedi Ohakim, late Evan Enwerem, and late Sam Mbakwe.
He said that the N26b bailout fund to the state was used strictly to settle debts owed by government.

oga, there were lots of praises for okorocha during his first term which made him win second term despite his moving to the APC, I think second term Governors generally most times are not impressive, same for for even states under PDP currently but I think the animosity against Okorocha has been way over the top just like amaechi.

we need to exercise restraints at times, the likes of Dickson and mimiko are not faring too well either but I can't see that animosity against them like that of Okorocha. I respect your views but sometimes we need to be careful they way we demonize these politicians especially when there are lots of positives about them. I like Akpabio [I love his charisma] despite his negatives, he tried for his people. Obiano is doing great if all we are hearing is true but remember he is in his first term.

Nobody is demonizing them but only painting the true pictures of what is perceptible to the senses.

The masses are no fools and when elected leaders give their best the masses will defend them.

Its not even as if the Nigerian masses demand much from her politicians.

Dee Sam raised the standard of leadership in imo state and no politician is yet to get close to such.
