1. "Technically" defeating boko haram was given in area of concentration but U left it and set questions about Fulani headsmen.

2. Why ask about increase in fuel price (without making deregulation of downstream a constant)? Again U forgot to give useful hints to the question such as; power tariff high, increase in VAT, removal of fertilizer subsidy, N 50 bank changes, tolling of Federal roads when ever repaired in future etc

3. Note that a sub question that doesn't have "b" need not state or list "a"
