unical dont write any exams for de aspirant....and dey accept lower credits too....bt i dont knw if dey sale dier own de form. still making research on that.

I registered for 2016 direct entry and I have submitted my form and certificates at the jamb office but I'd like to change my choice of second choice institution. Please, is it possible? If yes how will I go about it?

That was rather rude! you said you have the knowledge not that you have been there. The truth is, some jamb state offices will tell you to bring either birth cert or LG cert or both.

Meanwhile, depending on the person you meet at jamb office, he/she might assume you have put them already because the notice is there in their office and some may not bother to crosscheck your credentials.

For example, I was turned back at Edo state office (Benin) to go and include my NYSC discharge certificate (since I'm applying with Bsc) together with Birth and LG certificate before I could submit my credentials.

If you tell them you are a serving corper and you show your NYSC ID, I'm sure they will accept it.
