Hello mamas in the house, pls is it normal to still have cramps at 12 weeks plus? My tummy feels tight but I thought the cramps should be all gone by now. I want to be like iomoge2 as I don't want an early bump but I can see the dark line already, I want to hide the bump for as long as I can.

DH and I have agreed not to let anyone know this until delivery, it's hard for me to keep it away from my sisters but I have to be an obedient wife.

I'm no longer surprised I had terrible MS, maybe it was the twin syndrome thingy because sometimes, I threw up like 5 times in a day, sorry TMI. I had to take leave away from work as I couldn't cope running to the bathroom everytime I felt nauseous. It was that bad but surprisingly at 11weeks 4 days, the vomitting miraculously reduced and I started eating. I've lost about 8kg since the beginning of pregnancy but my appetite is gradually coming back and I'm eating in moderation again. I still throw up like once a day, usually early in the morning, but it's so much better now. This is my testimony.

@ enque we will have to ginger our teammates as much as possible. I guess the MS is still dealing with a lot of them and some people have not yet discovered this thread. They'll come around hopefully.

It's been a while I visited this thread n im very sorry my phone was bad and i have been down.

Three months after the birth of my son and few days after my mum had left, I decided to job hunt/ learn a skill in order not to stay idle at home but no something else was in stuck for me, I started feeling headache, backache n heartburn complained to dear husband and he said I should go to the hospital, I said no I will get some over the counter drugs thinking its malaria but dh insisted on going to the hospital.

I went to the hospital complained to the doctor n he had me tested for malaria n h- pylori n they both came out positive, then he prescribe some medicine me, I went with my son who was 4 months at that time because he also needs to see the doctor maybe that was why he didn't include pregnancy test, I went home and started taking the medicine as prescribed yet no improvement, I had to go back to the hospital and a list of test was written again this time I asked d doctor to include pregnancy test, and yes it was positive, I was down, frustrated, rain curses on whoever and whatever, cried and please forgive me mama's for mentioning this word here, I even taught of abortion because I was just thinking of what people will say, how do I handle it pregnancy and a baby, so many things crossed my mind, good n bad. I decided not to tell dh until I'm sure of what to do, to my surprise dh already knows don't ask me how because I don't know, he said I should increase my food portion since I'm eating for three and before I knew it he employed help. I was still contemplating on what to do because I really wanted to work, make my own money and the evil taught continued sometimes I use to think I will have miscarriage. God please forgive me.

So mamas let me not bore u with my long tails I've finally accepted my fate o although I've not started antenatal neither have i taken any vitamin which brings to my question will it affect my baby?

I'm five months gone and will be due October from my calculations because I gave birth October 6th n saw my period dat same October, Nov, Dec. n av nt seen it again.

Can I retouch my hair? I use a no- lye relaxer, I wanted to relax it in first trimester but was told it is not safe to do so. I have googled it up but d responses are confusing. Please African pregnant mothers how do you manage your permed hair in pregnancy? I find it so difficult to comb it now and I love packing it just in a bun. Am not a fan of braids.

My dear, no effect jare.. I just retouched my hair on Saturday and I've done it several times since preggy. Did same in my first pregnancy, no effect
